We had the most amazing romantic getaway at Karen’s bed and breakfast! The room was spotless and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning. Karen’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and special. Highly recommend—we wouldn't hesitate to come back!
Our booking was very last minute, however I'm really glad we picked this place. The whole B&B including our room was immaculate and smelled great, you could see everything was set up with a personal touch and great attention to detail. The owner Karen was just lovely, and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely like to stay here again sometime!

I booked this accommodation for our wedding anniversary and we stayed in the deluxe double room and was perfect! Really spacious and the breathtaking views over the loch were beautiful! Both nights that we stayed, we kept the curtains open to watch the stars. The room, bathroom and shower are beautifully decorated as well. I added on the celebratory package detailed on the hosts website which included wine, handmade chocolates (delicious - which were demolished instantly!) and rose petals on the bed. The food was out of this world and the host and staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was exquisite and we also met fellow guests staying and got chatting. The set up for breakfast was stunning and easy to access with labels, also catering for food allergies as well. (sweet pancakes were my favourite however that black pudding I had with the Scottish breakfast was incredible!) We took the opportunity to use the honesty bar for some late night drinks with lots of options to choose from. Plus getting cuddles from the dog Sam made the stay even better! Thank you Karen for a fantastic weekend, we will definitely be back!!
We had a wonderful stay here! It was our second time visiting and we can’t recommend this place enough! Very cozy, great amenities, and the ladies who run the place are simply lovely.
Karen and her team put great effort into every detail to make our stay so lovely. This is a clean, modern establishment if you need a break from the city hotel scene. We happily used the location as a jumping off point for Oban and the surrounding Highlands. Karen made an excellent breakfast each morning that felt like a perfect mix of an upscale restaurant and a home cooked meal. The view from our room was lovely, as were the whisky selections at night. Can’t recommend it more.
One of the most comfortable and cozy stays of our entire trip through Scotland. We got the king sized bed room. It was nice and dark, quiet and peaceful. The bathroom has beautifully vaulted ceilings and with natural morning light coming in. The interior was decorated nicely. Lovely stay.
